FAQ

Where is your workshop located?

My workshop is located in Budva, Montenegro—a small country on the Adriatic coast, known for its stunning nature and charming European-style architecture.

By the way, you might consider celebrating your wedding here! I can recommend trusted wedding planners and photographers to help make your special day truly unforgettable.

Who makes the dresses?

Each dress in my sewing workshop is made by only one person – me.

This is not just a method but a philosophy of quality and attention to detail. When a single master creates a dress from start to finish, it ensures that every step, from fabric selection to the final stitches, is handled with care and precision. Here are the key advantages of this approach:

Complete Quality Control
I personally oversee every stage of the sewing process, ensuring the highest level of quality. From selecting the fabrics to finishing the seams, every step is executed with precision to make sure your dress fits perfectly and meets the highest standards.

Personalized Approach
By working on your dress myself, I can take all your preferences into account and tailor the process to your unique needs. This is not just a custom order—it’s the creation of a one-of-a-kind piece that fully aligns with your vision.

Precision and Accuracy
Having one person sew the entire dress eliminates potential mistakes that can occur when multiple people work on the same garment. Every stitch and every detail is made with care, ensuring there are no miscommunications or errors in execution.

Fast and Direct Communication
You can reach out to me at any time with questions or requests for modifications during the process. Without intermediaries, I can quickly understand your needs and make adjustments efficiently.

This approach guarantees that each dress is crafted with the utmost care, attention, and quality, perfectly suited to your individual style and preferences.

How to place an order?

All available designs can be found on the website. Sometimes, new dresses appear first on Instagram, as I always document the sewing process. That’s why I recommend following my Instagram or simply asking me if there are any dresses currently in progress or planned for the near future.

Once you’ve chosen your dress, place an order on the website by adding it to your cart, specifying any customization options and your measurements.

If you forget anything, don’t worry—I will ask all the necessary questions to ensure everything is perfect.

After you place your order on the website, I will receive a notification, and we will continue communicating via email. I will ask you to provide your name, surname, and shipping address. Once all details are confirmed, I will send you an invoice with payment instructions, along with a final sketch including measurements and customization details. Once the payment is received, I will begin sewing your dress.

How to make a payment?

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer to the company's account. Please specify your country when placing your order, and I will send you all the necessary payment details.

For orders up to €300, payment by card is also possible through Boosty or Payoneer.

How to find fabrics?

You don’t need to search for fabrics yourself, as I have already carefully planned the design of each piece. All the necessary fabrics and accessories have already been selected and ordered. However, if a particular fabric is out of stock, I can either order it for you or offer a suitable alternative.

If you'd like, I can send you small fabric samples by mail, so you can feel the material before placing your order (you will only need to cover the postage costs).

How much time is needed to complete the order?

Production time (with all necessary materials available):

  • Dress: 6–10 weeks.
  • Veil: 1–2 weeks.
  • Cape or Top: 2–3 weeks.
  • Accessories: 1–2 weeks.

What are the delivery times?

  • Delivery within Montenegro: 3–5 business days.
  • Average delivery time for international orders: 10–35 days, depending on the destination country.

What if I want to make changes to the dress during the process?

You need to contact me immediately by any available means and let me know about your request. If the changes are possible at the current stage of production, I will do my best to accommodate them. Please note that changes may incur additional costs.

How can I be sure about the quality of the sewing?

I will explain the entire process in detail so you can be confident in the high level of craftsmanship. Additionally, you can follow my social media, where I regularly showcase various stages of making dresses and accessories, giving you a closer look at my work.

What if I want to change the design of the dress after work has started?

All dress designs are carefully planned in advance for your comfort and beauty. However, if you'd like to add some small customization, such as a slit in the front of the skirt or lace on certain parts of the dress, please let me know as soon as possible, and we can discuss the possibility of making these changes.

Can I return the dress if I no longer like it or if my wedding style changes?

Unfortunately, since all dresses are made to your measurements and customization, returns are not possible in such cases.

How can I be sure the dress will fit perfectly?

I work with your exact measurements and take your unique body features into account. To avoid mistakes, I provide a detailed guide on how to take your measurements.

Additionally, based on my 10 years of experience working with brides, I have carefully selected dress designs that suit most body types. This ensures a flattering fit for a variety of figures.

What should I do if I lose or gain weight before the wedding?

Of course, it’s best to maintain a stable weight and send me your measurements once you’ve finalized your size adjustments. However, all dresses have seam allowances built in for potential adjustments. Additionally, corset-style dresses feature lacing on the back, which allows you to adjust the fit for a more flattering silhouette. For satin dresses with soft bodices, I also plan for possible adjustments to the fit.

Can I order additional accessories?

Yes! I pay a lot of attention to this aspect when creating my collections, and I try to ensure that you can order everything you need, including a veil and other accessories, from one place to complete or change your look. I truly love the more eco-friendly approach to weddings, where accessories allow the bride to alter her look throughout the wedding day instead of buying two separate dresses. Plus, all the details of your look will be perfectly coordinated in a cohesive color palette — I am very meticulous in matching fabric shades to each other.

What should I do if the dress gets wrinkled during delivery?

Most fabrics can be easily steamed to remove wrinkles. With every order, I include small fabric samples from the dress or veil so you can test your iron or steamer at the appropriate temperature. If you need additional assistance, I’ll be happy to guide you on the best way to smooth out the dress before the wedding.

How does the design discussion work? Will a preliminary sketch or visualization be provided?

Since the design of each dress is already created, you only need to choose customization options. Each dress listing includes the possible modifications, and you simply select what you would like. After that, I will send you a sketch of the dress with all the details and measurements you’ve provided. If you have any questions about how a specific customization option looks, feel free to contact me — I can either draw it for you or send additional photos.

What are the stages of the sewing process?

  1. Order Discussion and Confirmation: We discuss your preferences, customization options, and final details.
  2. Invoice Issuance and Payment: A 100% payment is required via direct bank transfer to the company's account.
  3. Sewing Process: During this stage, I will send you photos at different stages of the sewing process so you can follow the progress.
  4. Final Photo, Packaging, and Shipment: Once the dress is complete, I will share a final photo, pack it securely, and send it to you.

What are the care instructions for the dress? Can I wash the dress myself? How should I store it before the wedding?

It’s best to store the dress on a hanger in a relaxed position to prevent any creasing. I don’t recommend washing the dress yourself, although some of my brides have done so very carefully. The safest option is to take the dress to a dry cleaner specializing in delicate fabrics, as different fabrics have different care requirements.

I will include a detailed care instruction with your package, tailored to your specific dress and fabric.
