Returns and refunds policy

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

You can cancel your order at any time before payment and within 24 hours after payment. I begin working with fabric and other materials only after the funds are credited to the company’s account. Typically, the money is credited to the account within 24 hours, so such cancellations are eligible for almost a full refund (minus the bank transfer fee of €20).

Order Cancellation (During the Sewing Process): 

If you wish to cancel your order during the sewing process, this is also possible, but the refund will be partial. After your cancellation request, I will provide a detailed list of the work already completed and the materials already used. These costs will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Order Modification:  

If you wish to make changes to your order (for example, you initially ordered a long dress but decided you want a midi-length dress instead) while it is still in production, you can email us to check if this is possible.  

Once the Product is Shipped, the Order Cannot Be Canceled.

 

Return Policy.

All custom-made items are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you based on your measurements and customizations outlined in your order email. If a dress from stock has been altered to fit your measurements, it is also non-returnable.

Stock items can be returned within 48 hours of receipt, provided the product has not been altered, all tags and packaging remain intact, and there are no signs of use. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Any claims regarding quality, size, or other concerns must be submitted via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please try on your order as soon as you receive it.
